MADE FOR SCATTERED MINDS

Saved everywhere.
Finally together.

Built for people with a lot on their mind—and notes, screenshots, links, and ideas all over the place. Gather gives it all one calm home, with AI to help organize it and find it again.

FILE · Ideas to come back to

A few good things, all together.Illustrative preview

For the ‘I know I saved it somewhere’ moments.

A note here. A screenshot there. A link you sent yourself. Save it in Gather first—no perfect folder needed—and make sense of it when you’re ready.

THE WHOLE TOOLKIT, IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Everything Gather helps you do.

Capture first, organize later. Then come back to what you need without retracing every app and tab.

01

Save it

Fast first. Tidy later.

  • Save anything in seconds

Links, notes, screenshots, images and files land in one inbox — or paste straight from your clipboard.

  • Keep the reason

Add a short “why I saved this,” alongside the original source and date.

  • Bring your old saves

Import bookmarks and notes from supported HTML, JSON, CSV and link-list exports.

02

Find & understand it

Your library, made legible.

  • Helpful AI labels

Suggested titles, summaries and tags you can edit or dismiss — your own “why” stays separate.

  • Search that remembers

Search your saved text, plus text found in supported images, and sort by what you open most.

  • Ask Gather

Ask a question of your saves and get an answer linked to the notes it used.

  • See the connections

Smart topics suggest related saves, and a map lets you explore how they fit together.

03

Put it to use

From saved to useful.

  • Master notes, on request

Turn up to 40 related saves into one cited note with takeaways — originals stay untouched.

  • Organize the whole library

Get proposed collections and subfolders, review them, then Apply — with Undo if you change your mind.

  • Projects with a purpose

Group saves under a goal and short brief, with next steps and progress on each note.

  • Recipes you can cook from

Pull ingredients and steps from recipe pages or images, scale amounts and switch to cooking mode.

  • Reminders and resurfacing

Set reminders, download calendar alerts, and get an optional weekly rediscovery shelf.

04

Keep control

Your boundaries, any device.

  • Encrypt private saves

Choose passphrase protection before a note leaves your device.

  • Encrypted offline copies

Keep selected notes readable offline, locked with their own passphrase.

  • Nearby saved places

Optionally see places you saved when you’re close — checked on your device, not tracked.

  • Phone and computer

Open the same library in any browser; on iPhone, a Share to Gather shortcut sends links and text.

A SMALL RHYTHM. A LASTING DIFFERENCE.

Save it now. Thank yourself later.

A place for the things that catch your attention.
And a way back to them when you need them.

MORE THAN A PILE OF BOOKMARKS

The context stays with the save.

A bookmark remembers the address. Gather remembers why it mattered — and what you actually come back to.

Keep the why.

The part a bookmark forgets: what made you pause. Your context stays right beside your save.

INTELLIGENCE THAT SHOWS ITS WORK

Ask, connect, and put it to use.

Gather labels new saves automatically. Bigger moves wait for you: review organization plans before applying them, and create or refresh a master note when you ask, then read or edit the result.

Which ideas did I save for my next project?
ANSWER FROM YOUR SAVES

You saved three threads: ship a small prototype each week , keep the steps tiny so they stick , and leave space to notice what surprises you .

“Start with one tiny prototype a week; share it before it feels ready.”

PRIVACY, IN PLAIN TERMS

Your personal memory deserves personal boundaries.

Choose an extra lock for private saves, and control what AI can read. Encryption is optional and per note—ordinary notes are stored normally so AI features can help with them.

  • Optional note encryption

Choose “Encrypt this note with a passphrase” and its text, reason, source link, filenames and attachments are encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM before upload. Dates and collection placement stay visible, and a forgotten passphrase can’t be recovered. Encrypted notes relock after two minutes idle or when you leave the app.

  • You decide what AI sees

Encrypted notes are never sent to AI. Marking a note Sensitive hides its card and keeps it out of AI and link previews — a privacy control, not encryption. Attachments stay out of AI unless you allow it.

  • Encrypted offline copies

Notes you choose to keep offline are encrypted on your device with a separate passphrase, so selected saves stay readable without a connection.

  • Approved access only

The beta requires sign-in from an approved account, and every connection uses HTTPS.
